Is Scaramouche a god?

Is Scaramouche a god? Good here is to understand the difference between gods and archons. All archons are gods, but not all god are archons. There are gods who aren't and weren't ever archons; think of Havria, the God of Salt, for example. Scaramouche certainly isn't an Archon, that's something he failed at. He also wasn't able to gain the Divine Knowledge capsules. But is there still something divine left in him?

Let's go over the different ways the Wanderer in the game is similar to playable Archon (=god) characters:
❁ His constellation portrays himself: Only Archons have themselves in their constellation. Other characters have items or animals. Even if the animal depicts the character's other form, it's still not them in a human form. Only Archon (=god) characters plus the Wanderer have themselves in human form in their constellation.
❁ His eyes and hair shine: Only Archon (=you know) characters' eyes and hair parts shine when they use their powers. Think of Venti's braids, which are of different colour than the rest of his hair, shine when he uses his wind powers. In Wanderer's trailer, you can clearly see his eyes shine when beating up the Fatui soldiers. He also has those different colour hair parts in the back of his head. The same applies to other parts of the body glowing.
❁ His talent book farm days: All Archons except for Nahida have their talent books farming days on Wednesday and Saturday—all Archons minus Nahida plus Wanderer.
❁ His idle animations: All the Archons plus Wanderer have an elemental orb in their idle animations—except for Nahida, once again. (Interesting.)

What could this all be hinting at? Even though he lost the Gnosis, was kicked out of the mecha and even erased from Irminsul, could it be his rise to godhood still remains after everything? (Just not a super powerful god in comparison to some...) Or are there all just signs showing his nature as a divine puppet, created by an Archon, who would've had these things even without his Sumeru plots? He did have a doll in his constellation even before, after all... It's just that this doll didn't look like him, unlike the constellation. Is it just a stylistic thing that means nothing, or a very deliberate change? Is it the same divinity that gives him the ability to access Irminsul?
